The Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Inspector General (VA OIG) is awarding a Sole Source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

This BPA is negotiated with and awarded to the following organization: Executive Information Systems LLC 6903 Rockledge Dr. Ste 760 Bethesda, MD 20817-1818 The scope of work is for brand name Statistical Analysis Software (SAS) software licenses and maintenance services to support existing SAS software licenses. The order is a Blanket Purchase Agreement with a Base Period of twelve (12) months, followed by four (4) Option Periods of twelve (12) months each.

VA OIG anticipates issuing Firm Fixed Price call orders against the BPA. The NAICS code is 513210. The size standard is $47 million. The PSC is DA10. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the Sole Source Justification is attached to this notice.
