Intent to Sole Source - TAC-Stim Non-Invasive Transdermal Vagus Nerve Stimulator

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT The 19th Contracting Squadron, Little Rock AFB, Arkansas intends to award a sole source purchase order to electroCore Inc for Non-invasiveTransdermal Vagus Nerve Stimulator (TAC-STIM) devices. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR Part 13. The anticipated award date is 1 August 2024. Please note that this is not request for competitive proposals.

However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product listed above. Information is to be submitted to Dimas Bernacchia at dimas.bernacchia.1@us.af.mil. Deadline for submittals is 30 July 2024 at 5:00 PM Central Daylight Time. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
