Notice of Intent - Sole Source - Works of Art for U.S. Consulate Merida

The U.S. Embassy Mexico City intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to MARIO ALBETO TORRE RODRIGUEZ (Galeria Secreta) for art works (one painting by Gabriel Ramírez, and two photographs by Alexa Torre) including cost of framing for Art in Embassies US Consulate Merida, Mexico collection. Given these artists are only represented by this gallery, the Contracting Officer has determined that it is in the Government’s best interest to sole source this requirement.
