Industry Day / Advance Planning Briefing for LVC ITS

The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD), Program Director Cross-Warfare (PDX) office will be hosting a forthcoming Industry Day in support of the Live, Virtual, Constructive (LVC) Integrated Training Systems (ITS) program. The event is anticipated to take place mid 4th Quarter Fiscal Year 2023 and will be held in person at the NAWCTSD Facilitiy in Orlando, FL.

During this event, the LVC ITS Government team will provide industry partners with additional information concerning the overarching scope of the future LVC ITS effort as well as any anticipated key milestone dates for industry awareness. Please note, the Government is not requesting any formal bids from industry at this time. Further guidance will be provided to SAM.gov within the next 30-45 days regarding the specific date and any requested information in anticipation of the event.

No formal NAICS or PSC codes have been established at this time; Government reserves the right to revise as needed. Update (20 June 2023) - Attaching a draft copy of the Statemet of Objective (SOO) for the Live, Virtual, Constructive - Ingretrated Training Systems (LCV-ITS) effort. Update (07 July 2023) - The event is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, 11 July at 0930 (9:30am) in PIV Room 126A.

PIV Room 126A is located within the Partnership IV building within the NSA Orlando Complex and can be specifically reached at 12809 Science Dr, Orlando, FL 32826. Industry will not need any facility access for NAWCTSD’s main building and can simply check-in at the front desk explaining your attendance for the event. The parking lot will not be blocked off by any security gate and navigation within P4 should be straight forward once inside.
