Specifications for myograph systems: 1) A system that can run up to 12 samples at a time so that an experiment can be completed in a single day 2) the ability to run samples of different sizes (bars and tissue supports of different sizes) 3) Software for data collection and analyses 4) heaters to maintain chamber temperature 5) Kit and tools for set up and cables 6) computers for data collection (NIOSH Morgantown will provide repurposed computers).

7) Technical Support on the system if/when needed Preferences 1) a system that would take less benchtop space would be beneficial both because of limited benchtop space, and because the experimenter would not have to move from system to system to due the experiment eliminating potential experimenter error.
