Pharmacy Text Messaging Service (Autonotify)

The 502d Contracting Squadron intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract on a sole-source basis to GSL Solutions, Inc. for the maintenance of existing GSL software used with GSL RFID-based standalone prescription cabinets. The software enables automatic text messages sent to patients when their prescription is ready for pick-up. Mission needs require software maintenance for all JBSA pharmacies.

Period of performance: 15 April 2024 – 14 April 2025 The proposed action is for the required service which the Government intends to solicit from one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement NLT 12:00 PM Central, 13 April 2024. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offers.

Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government.
