NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE The 934th Contracting Office, Minneapolis ARS, Minneasota, intends to award a single source service contract for the EMCS Integration (existing base UMCS Tridium Niagara AX front-end is no longer supported by Tridium. Need to migrate the front-end to J2 Innovations FIN Stack.) to implement the software with limited disturbances to base activities. These services will be acquired and performed in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, sole source.

The anticipated award date is 24 June 2024. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. A solicitation will not be posted. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. Information received in response to this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement in the future is in the best interest of the Government.

All information submitted should support the offeror’s capability to fulfill this requirement and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror’s capability to provide these services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses and questions shall be emailed to eva.leavitt@us.af.mil no later than 1:00 P.M. CST on 24 June 2024.
