KC-46 Pneumatic System Rigging Training

The government intends to sole source advance rigging training on the KC-46 pneumatic system to Delta TechOps.

Training will be on the following components: Air supply control panel, engine air supply system, high pressure shut-off valve (HPSOV) control, engine manifold pressure control valve (PRV), intermediate pressure check valve, air supply temperature control system, pressure regulating & shut-off valve control (PRSOV), isolation valves and APU bleed valve system, air supply system indication, air supply "Bite" system, valve deactivation procedures, AMM/FIM/MEL usage and application, thrust reverser (T/R) system, & flight deck operation and system failure procedures.

Please note that this is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing information describing their ability to provide the service listed above. A determination by the Government to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The closing date for this notice is 1 November 2025 at 1630 (EST).
