NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - TRAILER REPAIRS

The Department of Energy (DOE), Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR), intends to acquire on a Sole Source basis trailer parts and labor for repairs for three trailers as identified in recent Department of Transportation Inspections. Inspections were performed by, and resulting repair services will be performed by, Duvall Bro’s Mobile Mechanical, 13820 Milwaukee St., Thornton, CO 80602. (A copy of the Single Source Justification is attached to this Notice.).

The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) parts 12 and 13. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which will be considered by the Agency. Capability statements must be received NO LATER THAN 12:00 p.m. EST, on November 22, 2024, and shall include documentation on ability to satisfy the Government’s requirements.
