Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source - DataSplice LLC

Western Area Power Administration intends to award a sole source contract to DataSplice, LLC, 414 E Oak Street, Fort Collins CO 80524, United States, for a performance period of one year. Authority for other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is a sole-source requirement for DataSplice software and maintenance.

Only DataSplice can modify or issue upgrades to the software; thus, it is a requirement that DataSplice provides support and Device Provisioning to ensure access to the most current resources, knowledge, and technology as well as access to updates and media. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all interest and capability statements, including prices, received within 5 days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.

A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within discretion of the Government. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 513210; size standard is $41.5 million.
