The Department of Energy (DOE) Headquarters in Germantown, MD, is soliciting quotes for comprehensive Window Washing/Cleaning Services, including optional solar panel cleaning, to maintain high levels of cleanliness and appearance throughout its facilities. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and incidentals necessary to perform the services as detailed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106. Based on market analysis, the NAICS code for window cleaning services is 561720 - Janitorial Services. All work will be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (Att. 1). A firm-fixed-price service contract with a one-year Base Period and four one- year Option Periods will be awarded as a result of this RFQ. Please see the attachements for RFQ specifications.
