Consolidated Facilities Maintenance (CFM) at the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) intends to enter into a sole source, firm-fixed price contract with Texas A&M University (TAMU) of College Station, TX, to purchase Consolidated Facilities Management (CFM) services for the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library. The period of performance is June 1, 2024 through May 31, 2025, with four (4) option years.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements", 41 U.S.C. § 3304(a)(1). The George H.W. Bush Presidential Library is physically located on the campus of TAMU and is established in accordance with an agreement between the Archivist of the United States and Texas A&M University.

The total estimated value is Not-to-Exceed (NTE) $9,926,413.02 This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responsible sources may submit a capacity statement, pricing data, and other information which shows a bona fide ability to meet the requirement no later than 10:00 AM ET on May 18, 2024. No contract award will be made on the information received in response to this notice.

Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
