Notice of Intent to Sole Source LinkedIn Learning Pro Platform

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, Intends to procure online access subscription to the LinkedIn Learning Pro Platform, on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implementdy by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Purchased not exceeding the simplified acquisition thereshold and only one source reasobably available. USACE Rock Island intend to enter into a firm fixed price purchase order with linkedIn/Carahsolf for this subscription.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitaion will be issued; however, any business firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer/Specialist in the form of a capability statement. Supporting evidence in sufficient detal that dewmostrates the ability to comple with the requirement listed must be furnished to Stanley L. Bolton at stanley.l.bolton@usace.army.mil no later that the closing date of this notice.

Adetermination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purposed of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. USACE will not reimburse for any cost connected with supplying sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement listed.

In order to recieve a Government award, a firm must be registered in the System of award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov. Firm must register on an one time basis, and annualy confirm accuracy and completeness of registration information.
