Army Data Platform (ADP) Performance Work Statement (PWS)

Army Contracting Command – Rock Island hereby releases a Draft Army Data Platform, Multi-Award Task Order Contract, Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). This is not to be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government to form a binding contract or agreement. The Government will not reimburse or pay for participation or information submitted in response to this Draft PWS.

All participation and information provided is at the contractor’s own risk and expense; participation constitutes your agreement to hold the Government harmless for all such risk and expense. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned. This Draft PWS is open to all business types. This Draft PWS is issued for the purpose of seeking input regarding how to best communicate the Government's requirements to industry as a result of this exchange of information.

Responses to this Draft PWS are voluntary and will not affect any contractor's ability to submit a proposal if, or when, a solicitation is released. This Draft PWS is for planning purposes only and does NOT constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that a procurement action will be issued. Proprietary information shall NOT be submitted in response to this Draft PWS, nor will the Government be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any improperly identified proprietary information.

No award will be made as a result of this Draft PWS. The draft PWS is for informational purposes only to promote exchanges of information with industry. Interested respondents should review the attached Draft PWS. The Draft PWS is subject to change if, or when a Request for Proposal (RFP) is released. Responses to this Draft PWS shall be annotated in the Comment Matrix Excel File, which is attached to this posting.

Responses shall be submitted via email to the following mailboxes: babette.r.murphy.civ@army.mil and maria.c.vital-smith.civ@army.mil. Responses must be received via email by 1100 CT, 09 January 2025. Email Subject line must read Draft PWS ADP - [Company Name].

Example: Draft PWS ADP - ABC Inc. The Comment Matrix file name must read Company Name_ADP Comment Matrix.
