Intent to Sole Source CHGB TPS

THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS. ACC-RSA has a sole source requirement for a for Common Hypersonic Glide Body (CHGB) and Thermal Protection System (TPS) Production IAW Title 10 United States Code (10 U.S.C.) 3204(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) and (B), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

IAW FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) and (B), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, Dynetics is the only source capable of fulfilling the Government's requirement for the CHGB TPS Production Contract. This requirement is to produce CHGB/TPS. A solicitation document exist at this time.
