HUD requires continued provisioning of a stable, reliable enterprise-wide infrastructure to meet its strategic objectives and responsibilities under Federal legislation and executive orders.
The contractor shall be responsible for the provisioning, Local Area Network (LAN) management, desktop hardware and software support services, HUD test center operations, system integration support and SharePoint administration to meet or exceed HUD's current End User Services support functions consistent with the assigned Contractor functions. The End User Support Services provided under the current contract are integral to OCIO's capabilities.
