RFI for SaaS Recruitment Tool

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO) requires a Recruiting, Candidate Communication, Job Event Management, and Hiring (SaaS) recruitment tool to meet HUD's recruitment needs. Services shall include SaaS configuration, documentation support, operations and maintenance, and training support. Services shall include:

Recruiting Event Planning, Management, Evaluation, and Reporting Integrated Interview Scheduling and Live Video Interviewing Branded HUD Job Opportunity Board and Employment Application Page Resume and Candidate Database Population, Management, and Reporting Candidate Relationships and Communication Planning, Management, and Evaluation Diversity and Campus Recruiting SaaS Recruitment Tool Training Production Monitoring, Maintenance, and Support Professional Services and Documentation Support
