Lead-Based Paint Evaluation Support Services Synopsis

THIS IS A SYNOPSIS NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR OFFERS, QUOTES OR PROPOSALS. The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) intends to solicit offers to contract for the Lead-Based Paint Evaluation Support Services in support of HUD-owned single-family properties located throughout the United States, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands. All properties fall under the following regions: Atlanta, GA; Denver, CO; Philadelphia, PA; and Santa Ana, California.

HUD intends to award multiple, single-award Firm Fixed Priced Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. A solicitation will be forthcoming. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541620 - Environmental Consulting Services with an identified Business Size Standard of $19 million. The acquisition will be limited to eligible 8(a) participants only. PLEASE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION. DO NOT SUBMIT TECHNICAL OR COST PROPOSALS OR ANY OTHER INFORMATION. THE PURPOSE OF THIS SYNOPSIS IS IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR PART 5.203.
