Notice of Intent to Sole Source - CostPerform

DCSA intends to solicit and award a purchase order, in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5, simplified procedures for certain commercial items, to CostControl USA Baltimore, Maryland under the authority of FAR 6.202-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. DCSA anticipates an award of a purchase order on a sole source basis to CostControl USA, for CostPerform enterprise software licenses for cost allocation.

The anticipated period of performance is January 2025 to January 2026. It is anticipated the purchase order will include four firm fixed price option years for these subscription services through January 2030. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only.

However, any information received from any organization before 9:00 am E.T., Monday, January 6, 2025, that believes it can meet this requirement will be considered by the Government for a competitive procurement action. Information in response to this notice may be sent to Grant Reeves, Contract Specialist, at grant.d.reeves3.civ@mail.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government. Telephonic questions or requests are strongly discouraged.
