HC102824R0045 RFQ - PolyWorks Software Renewal for Naval Sea Systems Command, MSSD-12720, CSS #832469339 In accordance with the public posting requirements outlined in FAR 5.203 and FAR 12.603, the Government is posting this combined synopsis/solicitation to the Government Point of Entry SAM.Gov. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by submitting clear evidence that they are an authorized reseller, and their capability to provide/perform within 3 days of the posting of this notice.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This requirement is to renew PolyWorks software support for Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). The period of performance is July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, with two one-year option periods. The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with original equipment manufacturer Innovmetric Logiciels, Inc. doing business as PolyWorks.

The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. Suppliers may provide correspondence via email at the following address: elizabeth.a.bono.civ@mail.mil. All responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the determination to issue a sole source purchase order.

A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 513210.
