Request for Information - Enterprise-Wide Integrated Security Systems (EWISS) Operations and Maintenance Services

This is a request for information, RFI, only. This is not a request for proposal, RFP. The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) is seeking information from industry to assist with the development and planning of the future of the Enterprise-Wide Integrated Security Systems (EWISS) Operations and Maintenance Services requirement.

EWISS provide enterprise wide preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance services that are complimented with system additions and modifications in direct support of DISA’s computing mission and current Integrated Security Systems (ISS). In general, ISS equipment includes all devices and ancillary equipment for access control systems, intrusion detection systems, closed circuit television, high-security locksets, and General Services Administration approved safes.
