Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by submitting clear evidence that they are an authorized reseller, and their capability to provide/perform within 3 days of the posting of this notice.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This requirement is to renew Siemens software support for Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF), Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA).

The period of performance is date of award (January 1, 2024) through December 31, 2024. The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Spatial Integrated Systems, Inc. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the determination to issue a sole source purchase order. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
