FY24 Skillsoft Software Renewal

NASA Marshall Space Flight Center has the requirement for Skillsoft Percipio Software. The renewal of approximately 28,000 eLearning content Software and Licenses for the NS2 SATERN Learning Management System (LMS) through Skillsoft Percipio. This content includes Federal Mandatory training, employee performance improvement, and professional development. NASA Shared Services Center intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire the services from Skillsoft Corporation under the authority of FAR 13.501(a).

It has been determined that Communique Conferencing, Inc is the sole provider of this requirement.

The Government intends to acquire commercial items and services using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort electronically via email to libby.a.romaguera@nasa.gov not later than 1:00 PM CT on June 20, 2024. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this acquisition on a competitive basis.

A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.
