Amendment 1:

Amendment 1 has been posted. THE SMAS III FINAL RFP is anticipated to be released between mid-March and early April 2024. THIS DRAFT RFP ACCOMPANIES THE SMAS III INDUSTRY DAY ANNOUNCEMENT; Issued by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA)/Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC), on behalf of the Safety and Mission Assurance (SMA) Directorate (Code 300).

SCHEDULE: 9:30am to 3pm. *There will be a 1.5-hour lunch time mid-day. Lunch will not be provided.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Qualified responsible vendors.

REGISTRATION: All parties interested in attending the SMAS III industry day should register via email to Nancy J. Lindsey at Nancy.J.Lindsey@nasa.gov by 1 December 2023. When emailing your registration, copy the following Contracting personnel: Miranda Meyer at Miranda.G.Meyer@nasa.gov and Antwan G. Reid at Antwan.G.Reid@nasa.gov. The Subject line of the e-mail response shall be as follows:

Company Name, Response to Industry Day Announcement for SMA Procurement. The visitor center is located at 9432 Greenbelt Road, Greenbelt MD 20771. Please do not follow the signs for BADGING OFFICE; drive up the road to the Visitor Center and the large parking lot. Once at the Visitor Center, please park in the parking lot and come in the building to be badged. Each visitor will need to bring their valid government issued photo ID for those over the age of 16 years (passport or US Driver’s License) to be badged. The e-mail responses shall include the items specified in section L and have the Subject-Line of Company Name, Response to Industry Day Announcement for SMA Procurement.
