DLA Aviation Location: DLA Aviation, Richmond, VA Windows PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION Industry Day will be held 8 April 2025 at Lott’s Conference Center, Defense Logistics Agency, 6090 Strathmore Rd. Richmond, VA 23237. The intent of the DLA Aviation Windows Industry Day is to provide interested industry partners a description of the commodity environment, recent government study results, service-partner real-world impact issues, and to discuss upcoming Windows projects.

The Government will provide these briefings and an opportunity to answer questions in an open environment on 8 April 2025 from 0800-1200. Interested parties will be able to schedule one-on-one sessions with DLA after the briefings from 1300-1700. The purpose of the individual sessions is to allow interested parties the opportunity to ask questions related to issues that might be competition sensitive. All answers provided to questions asked during the open session will be published on FedBizOps.

Any company that wishes to attend the Industry Day Conference must convey its interest, along with the following for the individuals attending: first, middle and last names; business phone number, email address, company name, and company address represented to the below POC by 1600 on 01 April 2025.
