BPA Machine Tool Maintenance and Chemical Shed Management Services

NASA has awarded a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) to Innovative Machine Solutions of Moffett Field, California, to provide the agency's Ames Research Center in Silicon Valley, California with maintenance, calibration, and repair services for machines. The BPA will also ensure management and inspection of chemicals in the chemical shed. The ordering period of this BPA is five years, and the maximum ordering value is $2,000,000. Calls under this BPA will be issued either firm-fixed-price (FFP) or time and materials (T&M). Maintenance service calls will be FFP calls and repair services for T&M calls.
