JUSTIFICATION FOR OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION for Intelligent Systems Research and Development Support-3

This is a follow-on notice to the previous notice No. 80ARC020D0010-ISRDS3IDIQ. On September 28, 2023, NASA Ames Research Center (ARC) has executed a modification to contract No. 80ARC020D0010 with KBR Wyle Services, LLC on a sole-source basis pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services with Satisfy Agency Requirements. The purpose of the action is to increase the value of the Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract Line Items (CLINS) on this contract. A redacted Justification of Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) is attached to this notice.
