Notice to Intent to Expand

The U.S. Government awarded a lease contract for approximately 59,246 ABOA SF of office and related space in a building under a lease in Carle Place, NY. The Government has identified a need for 4,000 ABOA SF of expansion space and intends to increase the current lease from 59,246ABOA to 63,246/ABOA. In making this determination, the Government considered, among other things, timing, the current space satisfying the Government’s requirements, as well as costs associated with tenant improvements, telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
