The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23 intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to Payton Merger Sub II, LLC dba AudioCARE Systems. Payton Merger Sub II, LLC Prefill Software License and Services for the AudioCARE system implemented at the NWI Health Care System.
The AudioCARE system is proprietary and may only be licensed by Payton Merger Sub II, LLC. The place of performance is for the Department of Veterans Affairs North Western Iowa Health Care System: Omaha VA Medical Center 4101 Woolworth Ave, Omaha, NE 68105; 420 Victory Park Dr, Lincoln, NE 68510; and 2201 N Broadwell Ave, Grand Island, NE 68803. The NAICS code is 513210 Computer Systems Design Services, with a size standard of $47 Million, and PSC 7A21.

The capabilities statement must provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capability of the party to provide the required services.
