Global Protective Services (GPS) Pre-Solicitation Synopsis

The intent of this special notice is to alert interested vendors that, since this contract is expected to exceed $10,000,000, Offerors shall be in compliance with the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations before award of the resultant contract. Offerors must be on the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program's National Pre- Award Registry or provide verification of EEO compliance if requested by the Government, in order to receive an award under the Global Protective Services (GPS) program. The Government may request EEO Clearance on behalf of Offerors - this process could take up to 30 days from request. See https://www.dol.gov/agencies/ofccp/preaward for more information.

Please Note: Vendors do not need to be cleared or registered to submit a proposal in response to the GPS solicitation. However, vendors will need EEO clearance or registration prior to award of a contract under GPS.
