AWARD NOTICE: HCD Enterprise Survey Platform

The purpose of this notice is to inform all interested parties that the Library's Source Selection Evaluation Board (SSEB) has completed its initial evaluation of all quotations received in response to the subject RFQ.

After careful review of the SSEB’s consensus ratings provided after a thorough technical evaluation using the criteria established in the RFP, and analysis of the proposed pricing, the Contracting Officer (CO) has determined that the Best Value to the Library is the offer from Survey Monkey Inc. The Library of Congress awarded contract LCHRS24P0001 to Survey Monkey Inc for the HCD Enterprise Survey Platform on May 17, 2024, for a five-year contract from 06/01/2024-5/31/2028 for a total of $93,732.80.
