Intent to Sole Source to Gallup Lumber

Notice of Intent to Award – Single Blanket Purchase Agreement In accordance with FAR 13.303-2(c)(1), the Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit in Gallup, New Mexico, intends to place single-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with Gallup Lumber & Supply Co Inc for miscellaneous hardware supplies/materials on an as-needed basis The anticipated period of performance is the award date of the contract to one year.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 332510 Hardware Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 750 No further awards will be made unless the need for <name of location, unit, facility, etc.> changes. The prospective, multiple-award BPAs as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time. In accordance with FAR 13.303-2(c)(1), establishment of multiple BPAs constitute maximum practicable competition.

Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the Point of Contact listed below via email only and no later than <identify date/time>. In the event additional BPAs are deemed to be in the best interest of the government, capable vendors may be contacted. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent.
