This is not a request for competitive quotes. The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) hereby announces its intent to solicit and enter into a sole source bridge contract with Innovative Driven (ID), 1700 North Monroe Street, Suite 1500, Arlington, VA 22209 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
This action will provide services for continued litigation support services for the OCC’s Chief Counsel Office until the new contract is awarded. The OCC requires ID to provide a Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud services solutions for a litigation support system that addresses the following parts of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM); Legal Hold Management; Processing and Hosting; Review and Analysis; and Production. The Government recently added a cloud-based instance of Relativity One Government.
The Government’s general intent is for ID to continue to perform all services of this contract for workspaces in the Government’s system. The period of performance is 02.01.25 – 06.30.25, a base of 5-months and five 1-month option periods.
