The Iowa National Guard requires medical surveillance examination services in the Davenport, IA area. The period of performance will be from the date of award through 30 September 2024. Please review the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS), and provide an email response to kelsey.l.letcher.civ@army.mil and tracy.c.miller11.civ@army.mil if you are able to provide a quote for these services. The Government will use your response to help determine appropriate set-aside if applicable.
