Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The US DFC intents to award a sole source contract for specialized personal services to support the DFC’s Mission and Office of Acquisition in policy, trainings, quality assurance, and small business participation with the agency in a manner that allows a direct employer-employee relationship with DFC. This notice does not constitute a solicitation document.

All information received after publication of this notice will be considered SOLELY for the purpose of market research and determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the direction of the Government. Information received will be evaluated as to confirm or deny the decision to conduct a competitive procurement.

The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. The Government will not pay for information received. Please see the attached Statement of Work for more information. All inquires may be addressed to the point of contacts listed on this posting.
