ARGO HT instrument must be able to provide the following features: Must provide a fully automated, high-throughput proteomics platform capable of processing up to 288 samples per run Must provide an integrated qPCR system enabling end-to-end workflow from sample preparation to data output or pooled NGS library generation Must provide a total hands-on time of less than 30 minutes with simplified workflow and <5-minute instrument setup Must provide results in <6 hours for singleplex assays and <15 hours for multiplex NGS assays Must provide cartridge-based reagent system capable of supporting up to three consecutive runs without replacement Must provide liquid handling system for automated sample preparation for both qPCR and NGS workflows Must provide integrated onboard computing with intuitive user interface for streamlined operation and workflow management Must provide a built-in cloud-based primary analysis software (ARGO Command Center) and secondary analysis software (NULISA Analysis Software, NAS) Must provide capability to transform raw data into biological insights and publication-ready results through integrated data analysis tools Must provide compatibility with ultra-high sensitivity NULISA™ assay technology enabling attomolar-level detection of protein biomarkers Must provide scalable multiplexing capability supporting singleplex to high-plex (100s–1000s of targets) biomarker analysis Must provide broad sample compatibility including plasma, serum, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), urine, and cell culture media Must provide an application programming interface (API) available for custom method development and instrument control Must provide compliance with major regulatory and safety standards including EMC, UL, CE, WEEE, ISO 13485, and ISO 9001 Must provide operating conditions supporting 15–24°C temperature range and 40–80% non-condensing humidity Must provide electrical compatibility with 100–240 V power supply, 50–60 Hz, and maximum power consumption of 1500 watts Must provide instrument footprint no larger than 1143 mm (W) × 661 mm (D) × 1016 mm (H) and weight no heavier than 250 kg Delivery must be within 90 days from award
