The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) intends to award a non-competitive purchase order for high-throughput proteomic analysis services using the Olink Explore HT platform. The requirement supports a longitudinal study investigating transthyretin (TTR) variants in sickle cell disease severity and includes quantification of over 5,400 proteins per sample.
Services include standardized sample processing, assay execution, quality control, and delivery of normalized datasets compatible with previously generated study data. This notice is issued as a Notice of Intent for a non-competitive award; however, interested parties may submit capability statements demonstrating their ability to meet the Government’s requirement.
