Annual Subscription to InCommon, 2 additional IdP Subscriptions and Eduoam Connector Fee

It is the Intent of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Library of Medicine (NLM) on behalf of the Center for Information Technology (CIT) to procure services for an annual subscription to InCommon, 2 additional IdP subscriptions and Eduroam Connector Fee for Identity Access Management (IAM) Services. In accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, this notice of intent is to award on a sole source basis to Internet 2 via solicitation No; 75N97025Q00019.

This is not a notice of a competitive solicitation. Companies capable of providing this annual subscription to InCommon, 2 additional IdP subscriptions and Eduroam Connector Fee must submit their authorization and price quote demonstrating their ability to provide this service within three (3) calendar days of this posted announcement to the following points of contact. Companies responding to this sole source notice must submit their capability information to the individuals below at tom.serafini@nih.gov and millerkar@nih.gov
