ROI Institute Facilitated Training Workshop for the National Library of Medicine

It is the intent of the National Library of Medicine (NLM) to negotiate on a sole-source basis with ROI Institute, Inc., 2803 Greystone Commercial Blvd, Ste 16, Birmingham, AL 35242-9603, under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) Soliciting from a Single Source. Contracting Officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g.urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name or industrial mobilization).

The objective of this requirement is to provide a half day facilitated interactive workshop for National Library of Medicine (NLM) leadership for the methodology and application of the ROI (return on investment) Framework to NLM products, services, and projects. The Contractor shall provide professional services to NLM to include facilitating two interactive half-day ROI methodology workshops.

The contractor shall be responsible for performing meeting coordination in collaboration with the NLM Office of Strategic Initiatives, development of agenda, capturing notes and after actions, and other logistics required to support these tasks.
