THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT AND NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS), Research Triangle Park, NC intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Fujifilm Visualsonics Inc., 3080 Yonge Street, Suite 6100, Toronto, ON M4N 3N1, Canada. This acquisition is conducted under the authority of 41 United States Code (U.S.C.) 1901 as set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)- Only One Responsible Source.

This purchase is for: Service agreement for Fujifilm Visualsonics, Inc. for the Fujifilm Visualsonics Standard Protection Vevo Service Plan for the Vevo 3100 imaging system provides exclusively by Fujifilm Visalsonics, Inc.’s. Fujifilm Visualsonics, Inc. and no other source of suppliers can provide genuine Fujifilm Visualsonics, Inc. service. This purchase is for: Catalog Number Description 51263 Vevo Standard Protection Service Level Agreement (SLA) serial No: To be applied to Vevo 3100 S/N: 045MHX.

Base Year: 09/15/2024 – 09/14/2025 Option year 1: 09/15/2025 – 09/14/2026 Option year 2: 9/15/2026 – 9/14/2027 This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for quotes. Notwithstanding, any responsible source that believes it is capable of meeting NIEHS requirement, may submit capability statement.

A determination by the Government not to compete this quote contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government and information received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
