NOTICE OF AWARD. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSALS. Solicitation No. 75N95023R00034 for the “National Addiction and HIV Data Archive Program (NAHDAP)” was published on August 16, 2023. This Request for Proposal was released under FULL AND OPEN Competition Procedures. On September 29, 2023, the solicitation closed and The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) received two (2) timely proposals.

On March 27, 2024, in response to the requirements of Solicitation 75N95023R00034, the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) awarded Contract No. 75N95024C00005 to Michigan Univ. located 10058 Wolverine Tower – ORSP, 3003 South State Street, Ann Arbor MI 48109-1274. An award is being made on a Cost-Reimbursement (CR) basis in the amount of $1,427,124.00 to fully fund the base period and two (2) units of Option Quantity Task C in the Base Period.

The purpose of this Research and Development (R&D) contract is to continue a data archive of drug addiction and HIV research data, primarily archiving social and behavioral science data. This contract includes the use of Option Periods and Options for Increased Quantity. The Ultimate Contract Value if all Options are exercised shall not exceed $35,017,006.
