This solicitation is NOT set aside for total small businesses. The Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) on behalf of the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order through full and open competition to fulfill this requirement.
