The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Cancer Institute (NCI), Center for Cancer Research (CCR), Clinical Immunotherapy Section (CIS) of the Laboratory of Molecular Biology (LMB) requires one (1) new, commercially available, Brand Name or Equal Miltenyi Biotec autoMACS NEO Separator and MACS MiniSampler S, a benchtop instrument capable of automated immunomagnetic cell separation.

Additionally, this requirement involves the trade-in of one (1) government-owned autoMACS Pro Separator system. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and shall be processed in accordance with FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation, 75N91024Q00045, is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and includes all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAR Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03 (02-23-2024) Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items.
