Minor Construction Tasks for Monacan Service Unit

This contract is for the execution of all outstanding construction tasks associated with the final installation, commissioning, and connection of medical and dental equipment, including correction of outstanding facility deficiencies. These construction efforts shall include, but are not limited to, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and finish work necessary to integrate the supplied equipment into the facility.

The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, tools, labor, equipment, transportation and materials required to make all necessary alterations to the specified rooms in order to install the required equipment.
