The Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center, located in/at 516 E Nizhoni Blvd, Gallup, New Mexico, 87301 has an upcoming requirement for Nurse Triage/Nurse Advice Telephone Services to answer inbound calls from patients using the Rapid Triage Screening Model to address concerns and answer questions according to triage protocols. Through critical thinking and communication with the patient(s), the nurse will determine whether the patient needs pharmacy refill, clinical follow up, referral service or interpreter services. The Period of Performance is a base year plus four (4) option years:

Base Year: 12/01/2025 through 11/30/2026 1st Option Year: 12/01/2026 through 11/30/2027 2nd Option Year: 12/01/2027 through 11/30/2028 3rd Option Year: 12/01/2028 through 11/30/2029 4th Option Year: 12/01/2029 through 11/30/2030 The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 621399 – Offices of All Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners with a small business size standard of $10.0 million. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025R00001 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 15 Contracting by Negotiations will be issued on or by May 20, 2025. Evaluation factors may include:

1. Technical capabilities - Provide evidence of Registered Nurses with a current, valid, unrestricted nursing license in any state, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a Territory of the United States, throughout the term of this contract. Provide key information and show evidence of competencies and experience in the providing Nurse Advice/Nurse Triage Telephone Services.

2. Past Performance - The Government reserves the right to review past performance evaluations available via the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System or CPARS, and any other similar government databases.

3. Price. Quotes will be due on or by June 20, 2025. The acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside. In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at www.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
