KHC Quarters Propane Delivery Service

The Indian Health Service, Kayenta Service Unit located at US Hwy 160 South Milepost 394.3, Kayenta, AZ 86033, has an upcoming requirement for a contractor to provide reliable propane services and leak inspections for propane tanks. This contract will be a Base Year with (3) three Option Years.

Base Year:

02/01/2025 – 12/31/2025, Option Year 1:

01/01/2026 – 12/31-2026, Option Year 2:

01/01/2027 – 12/31/2027, and Option Year 3: 01/01/2028 – 12/31/2028. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 324110 with a small business size standard of $1,500 The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00060 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on January 23, 2025. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, past performance, and price.

The acquisition is a Small Business set aside.
