IHHC PROPANE SERVICES

The Indian Health Service, Kayenta Service Unit located at Junction Highway 98 & Navajo Route 16, Tonalea, AZ 86044, has an upcoming requirement for a contractor to provide reliable propane services and accurate meter reading services on an “As Needed Basis” as well as notifying of any utility failure for the Inscription House Health Center.

Period Of Performance shall be Base Year plus (3) three Option years, Base Year, January 01, 2025 – December 31, 2025, plus 3 Option years ending in 2028. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 324110 with a small business size standard of $1,500. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00006 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on 11/21/2024.

Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government's needs, minimum education requirements, professional certifications, and past performance. Quotes will be due on or by 11/27/2024. The acquisition is a Small Business set aside.
