Kitchen Exhaust System Cleaning

The Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit, located in/at 516 E. Nizhoni Blvd, Gallup, NM 87301 has an upcoming requirement for kitchen exhaust system cleaning services. All work needs to be completed in accordance with guidelines outlined in the National Fire Protection Association #96 code (2011 Edition) and those set forth by the International Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Association (IKECA). All hoods need to be power washed and detailed by hand. Fans, ducts, and filters need to be power washed and grease-free. The anticipated period of performance is:

The Request for Quotations No. 75H71024Q00066 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by 3/25/2024.

Evaluation factors may include technical capability to satisfy the Government’s requirements, ability to respond within 24 hours to emergency service calls, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by 3/27/2024. The acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside.
