FPSU Getinge PM services Sole-Source

Sole-Source Notice 75H709-FP25Q-002 The Billings Area Indian Health Services, intends to award a commercial, sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Getinge USA Sales, LLC. The company shall provide preventative maintenance on Getinge sterilizers, boilers, washers and RO systems equipment to the Fort Peck Service Unit, Poplar, MT. This is not a request for competitive proposal and no solicitation is available.

Firms that believe they can provide the software are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification within 15 days of the publication date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining to conduct a competitive procurement.
