Sole Source CRSU BARCODING AND THERMAL PRINTING

Notice of Intent to Sole Source Award THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.

The Billings Area Indian Health Service, Crow Service Unit, Crow Agency, Montana intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to DataRay Inc., 1141 SE Grand Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73129. The company shall provide bi-directional Software that will assist the lab in printing barcode medications correctly on labels for the patients to the Crow Service Unit, Crow Agency, Montana. This is not a request for competitive proposal and no solicitation is available.

Firms that believe they can provide the software are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification within 15 days of the publication date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining to conduct a competitive procurement.
